The standard minimum is 30,000 pieces. Custom-printed tinplate lids, including logo printing, start at 100,000 pieces. For multiple models or designs, confirm the quantity breakdown in your quotation.
How long does production take?
The stated production lead time is 35–45 days. Confirm the schedule and its start point after the specifications, artwork and approval steps are agreed. Sample preparation and shipping should be discussed separately.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Send the product references and configurations you want to review. Our team will confirm sample availability, preparation requirements and any sample or shipping costs.
How do I check compatibility with my bottle?
Provide a neck-finish drawing or bottle sample. For pumps, include the formula, output and dip tube requirements. For caps and stoppers, share the opening dimensions and sealing requirements. Confirm fit with the selected assembly before production.
What should I send for a useful quotation?
